Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Limited (MPSEL) being the only recognized Stock Exchange in Central India has more than 300 companies listed with it. It serves as the only stock exchange for 145 listed companies. MPSE is in the process of reviving its Trading Platform pursuant to a MoU with National Stock Exchange Limited under Section 13 of SCRA. With this MoU all listed companies at MPSE complying with predefined norms and procedures as laid down by NSE shall be eligible to trade at NSE under permitted category. Also compliant listed companies at MPSE will be able to raise their profile, foster investor confidence and bring credibility into the markets.

The Listing Department at MPSE is a team of qualified company secretaries. With a listing head and executives, dedicated corporate governance and listing cell, the listing department processes the applications received from companies for listing of the further issues made by them.
